The Brazilian minister of Human Rights, Paulo Vanucci, welcomes the World March for Peace and Nonviolence, in the presence of 26 Ambassadors and government representatives

The Itamaraty Palace in Brasilia was witness to the welcome event on the 16th of December organised by Brazilian authorities for the World March for Peace and Nonviolence.
